Start with a comprehensive evaluation
I offer 90-minute initial consultations because establishing trust and truly understanding your unique situation cannot be rushed. This extended time allows you to share what's important to you without feeling hurried, ensures we address all your concerns, and creates space for the kind of thoughtful conversation that forms the foundation of effective treatment. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and confident in your care from the very first visit. During the initial evaluation, we determine a plan with personalized recommendations that can include:
Lifestyle + Nutrition
1
I provide lifestyle and nutritional psychiatry to support mental health through diet, habits, and daily routines. My approach integrates nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness with traditional psychiatric care for lasting wellness.
Natural Supplements
2
I use botanicals and supplements to support mental health naturally and safely. My approach combines evidence-based herbal and nutritional therapies with personalized psychiatric care.
Genetic + Functional Testing
3
I use genetic and functional testing to uncover the root causes of mental health concerns. This allows me to tailor treatments for each patient’s unique biology and needs.
Medication Management
4
I provide careful medication management to optimize mental health safely and effectively. My approach balances the benefits of medication with each patient’s personal goals and preferences.
Follow Ups
Subsequently, we will schedule follow-up appointments every 2-4 weeks in order to check in on progress and make changes to the treatment plan accordingly. With the right treatment combination for you, people start to feel better in 1-3 months. As treatment progresses, the frequency of appointments reduce. When treatment is stable, we move out our appointments to every 3 months. I’m able to accommodate more frequent appointments if needed. We will collaborate on the plan regarding discontinuing treatment when indicated.
